By scheduling service with The Poop Patrol, you agree to the following terms.

Services: We provide dog waste removal and related yard cleanup in Vancouver, WA and nearby Clark County communities. Service frequency (weekly, twice-weekly, every-other-week, or one-time) is selected by you and confirmed by us based on your property.

Scheduling and access: You agree to provide safe access to the service area on your scheduled day, including unlocked gates and any needed entry instructions. If we cannot safely access the yard, we may be unable to complete service that visit. Aggressive or escape-prone dogs should be secured indoors during service.

Pricing and payment: Recurring plans start at $65 per month; pricing depends on frequency, number of dogs, and yard size. Payment is due before service. Recurring service is billed monthly. Prices may change with advance notice.

No contracts: Recurring service is month-to-month. You may pause, adjust, or cancel at any time; cancellations apply to future service and do not refund service already provided.

Waste handling: Collected waste is double-bagged and placed in your own trash receptacle. We do not haul waste off-site unless separately arranged.

Satisfaction guarantee: If we miss an area, let us know within 48 hours and we will return to address it at no additional charge.

Weather and conditions: Tall grass, heavy leaves, snow, standing water, or other conditions may limit our ability to locate all waste; we clean what is reasonably visible and accessible.

Liability: We take care around your property, but we are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, damage caused by unsafe access areas, or the behavior of pets left in the service area against our guidance. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected service.
